I'm starting this blog to generate discussion within the membership about LHA tenants. I've been taking LHA for 10 years and have built up a great relationship with the local council. I recently had a fantastic meeting with Richard Jones from Ilkeston Property Management who manages a huge number of professional and LHA tenants and has a similar relationship with his local council. We both believe that LHA tenants are the way forward as more and more working people loose their jobs & homes. |

As an incentive to let my houses to students this year, I offered a flat screen TV for the house if they signed up before the end of March. Needless to say everyone signed up early. The TV's were purchased and installed but I had forgotten about the digital switchover and have now had to upgrade 9 aeriels. Lucky for me that I was put in touch with Tony Anderson who offered me a great price and quick and efficient service. My students are all moved in and delighted with their houses and TVs!
